who chooses the 12:10 awardees?

The 12:10 recipients are chosen by a panel of judges made up of the Southwest Ledger staff. The judges will agree upon 52 recipients and then narrow them down to the top 12.

how are the recipients honored?

All 52 recipients are invited to attend a special banquet in their honor at the Hilton Garden Inn on January 24, 2022 from 7 – 8:30 pm. This event is open to the public, and recipients are encouraged to invite their families and friends to celebrate with them.

To commemorate their achievements, recipients will:

  • Have professional headshots taken
  • Receive an award on behalf of 12:10 To The Top
  • Appear in a story published in the Southwest Ledger featuring each individual weekly during the upcoming year
